Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it back to us within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
  • A return shipping label and instructions will be provided when your return is approved from: .We provide you with a return label at $8 and it will be deducted from your total refund amount.

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In original condition
  • unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable?

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items / Sales / clearance

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately at within 3 days of receiving the merchandise if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We do not accept exchanges.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, please place a new order and send back the original order for a refund within 30 days of receipt.


Return Instructions

  • Place your item in the original packaging and/or sturdy box and secure.
  • The return must be properly packaged to protect against damage in transit.
  • Affix the shipping label we provide and ship back with the courier stated on your shipping label. The return address for the package is:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
