Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it back to us within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I return?

- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
- A return shipping label and instructions will be provided when your return is approved from: https://snugabutter.returncenter.com .We provide you with a return label at $7 and it will be deducted from your total refund amount.
What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In original condition
- unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items / Sales / clearance
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving the merchandise if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not accept exchanges.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, please place a new order and send back the original order for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
- Place your item in the original packaging and/or sturdy box and secure.
- The return must be properly packaged to protect against damage in transit.
